Is saying "oh jeez" a sin?

Luther’s Small Catechism teaches that we should “call upon God in every trouble, pray, praise, and give thanks” — a positive vision of how God’s name is meant to be used. Rather than fixating on lists of forbidden words, Lutherans are invited to grow in the habit of speaking God’s name with praise and in prayer.
